Complaints, Questions or Comments

This section is for our valued customers who wish to lodge a complaint, ask us any questions or make comment on what we're doing for humanity. We ask that before you post anything publicly, please allow us to make it right whatever it might be. We are in this for the long game and it's vital that we have you our customers raving fans about everything we are doing.

 

We want to express that as dedicated to saving humanity as we are with our Independent Certified Sight Giver team members, and for all the good that we see in people, we also know full well that as humans we are subject to human error and sometimes will make choices that may somewhat be out of character.  

 

At -i-FocusXperience we take all complaints seriously, we appreciate any questions and we openly welcome comments that will help us always aim to be better than we were yesterday.

You can also send us an email to complaints@i-focusxperience.com. We'll endeavour to get back in touch with you within 1-2 business days.
